Delivery

Our postage rates are: Australia $15 flat fee / International $30 flat fee. 

Please note rugs are only available within Australia and incur a delivery fee of $50

As a guide we generally ship orders on a Tuesday. If the Order has been received by Sunday afternoon it will be shipped on the next Tuesday. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone and email.

International Orders

Unfortunately our rugs, mugs, placemat and coasters are not available for international orders.

On the rare occasion delays may occur with international orders clearing customs. Our delivery charge does not include any customs duties or other taxes that may apply to the order within the country it is being shipped to. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please also be mindful that legally we are required to stipulate the value of the merchandise being posted when sending your product. We recommend that if you have any further enquiries you contact your local customs office.
