Nicola Cerini Australia is unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
Return of Faulty Items
Nicola Cerini Australia offers to repair or replace any faulty items purchased online within a six month period from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided for all repair items (confirmation email or credit card statement).
Manufacturing faults will be repaired at no charge to the customer.
Items that have been purchased online cannot be returned to any of the stores listed on our website for repair or replacement, only directly to Nicola Cerini Australia.
