- Your order will be shipped once full payment is received.
- All prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Nicola Cerini reserves the right to change prices at any time.
- Our website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions, including pricing may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and pricing without notice.
- If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods for a full refund or credit note, less shipping costs.
- You must notify us within three days of receiving your goods and the items must be returned to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with swing tags. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us.
- Nicola Cerini items are covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund faulty items and require a copy of proof of purchase in order to do so.
- Our warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or neglect, including stains, marked or torn fabric or leather, are not covered by our warranty.
- Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as all warranty claims require a copy of proof of purchase.
